Company History

Market Ready has been providing trusted property services to lenders, landlords, real estate brokers, and government agencies since 1999.

Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, we have expanded to provide service nationwide, performing most of our local work with our own W-2 workforce, trucks, and materials.

Our Leadership

I have been a business strategy and sales leader to many enterprise companies, where I have helped create over $34B in enterprise value. As President of Market Ready, my responsibilities include developing the organization’s vision and implementing the strategy, policies and procedures that allow that vision to come to life. Through the creation of long- and short-term strategies surrounding sales, marketing, staffing and operations, we as a team are able to achieve success and our company goals. When not at work I enjoy time with my family, restoring automobiles and golf.

I am an active investor in Market Ready and Managing Director at Hamilton Capital Management. My prior experience includes founding and leading several private enterprises including Group 90, Columbus Commercial Flooring, WSP2, and Mobius Microsystems. Prior to completing my Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, I was a Portfolio Manager within the Corporate Banking Group at Huntington National Bank. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Arizona.

Division Manager

I manage Market Ready field crews pertaining to assigned property rehabilitation and repairs. I also take on other tasks such as industrial physical security, planning and overseeing building repairs and modifications, coordinating the purchase and maintenance of field service trucks, and coordinating the stocking and maintenance of inventoried tools used by field service teams. I lead the D2 In-house Repair Division. I supported the Mt. Helix maintenance program and AH4R maintenance program, and I am also responsible for maintaining the D2.5 Homegard Home Warranty program.

I’m a results-oriented self-starter with impeccable financial skills including, communication, problem solving and decision-making with emphasis on continuing to keep up-to-date with changes in the business and finance department environment through continuing professional development. Here at Market Ready, I direct all aspects of company finance and I direct all HR activities.

I’m a Division Manager at Market Ready with a demonstrated history of working in the construction and property preservation industry while displaying skills in project management, relationship building and problem solving. I have been involved with vendor compliance and recruiting for over 4 years and have cultivated strong relationships in multiple states. I earned my BA focused in History from The Ohio State University. When away from the office, I enjoy reading, watching sports and listening to music.

I attended CSCC courses in Real Estate Appraisal and then joined the REO industry in March of 2008. I have held positions within cost estimating, quality assurance, vendor management, client relations, system building and testing, and team management. Currently, I am a Division Manager at Market Ready.

Matt Coffey

Director of Construction

I joined Market Ready with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. As Director of Construction I amresponsible for overseeing the coordination, execution, and the completion of our clients construction projects. It all begins with the use of various platforms to provide accurate and competitive bids to our clients. I bring a strong background in the supervision of multifaceted projects. I am a knowledgeable and motivated professional who has a broad understanding of all construction sub-trades and the ability to monitor all aspects of a job. I’m quick to adapt to the ever changing economy, with great directional focus and achievement of company goals. In my spare time I enjoy doing projects around my personal home, spending time with my family and also an avid sports fan.
